Nikolas Nikolaou, Project Manager

Nikolas Nikolaou (president of NGO ACPELIA) will have the main coordination of the program and actually, he is the one that he will have in mind the whole procedure with partners organisations and he is going to keep timetable as an expert project manager. Due to the fact that he is successful as a coach and organizer in his personal life as we can see from the small CV that follows he is going to have 2 evenings training of youth workers about his experience in the area and actually for outdoor activities in Pissouri village.

Nikolas is a physics teacher in high school, (BSC, MSc in Chemical Engineering National Technical University of Athens and MSc, BSc in the University of Cyprus at Physics department) and, has previous experience by taking part in many seminars and actions related to Environment, Non-Formal Education, Entrepreneurship and Discrimination. He organized and participated in more than 40 European programs which are doing with Non-Formal Education (KA105, KA205, KA152, KA153, KA220YOU, KA210YOU, KA229, Youth In Action) as well as several local environmental and Science projects with groups of young people, many of them can be found in his website: www.nikolas-nikolaou.net. Also, Nikolas is coordinating the biggest students and teacher annual Conference about Natural Sciences that is a yearly conference in Cyprus with the participation of more than 1000 students and more than 300 teachers. He manages to coach a team of the organising committee and to make them all do well for 10 years now that is taking place the Conference starting with a small team and now has a big team to coordinate.

Magdalena Szewczyk, Co-Manager / Trainer 

Magdalena Szewczyk, is the vice president of NGO: OPEN SOUL. She works at Salesian High School in Wrocław, Poland. and she like working with young people and taking up challenges and follows the quote of John Paul II: "You must demand of yourselves, even if others would not demand of you!"

Magdalena Szewczyk, PhD, is a teacher with experience in leading european project. She prepared and coordinated Erasmus projects and youth exchanges. She works with young people. She prepared many new activities with the young. She was trained on workshops in England, Greece and Malta. She is the author of many articles in Polish and English: "Art workshops – opportunity for creative expressions of students", The Learning Teacher Magazine, 4/2011, "Simulation games in teaching ecology", The Learning Teacher Magazine, 2/2012, "Nature conservation and schools", The Learning Teacher Magazine, 3/2013, " Youth exchange for global warming", The Learning Teacher Magazine, 3-4/2014.

So far Mrs Szewczyk has been a trainer in nonformal education course: Erasmus+ Key Action 1, mobility for young people and youth workers, International Training Course - Nonformal education . She has worked with youth workers leading workshop about global education, human rights and ecology.

Agata Lech, Trainer / stakeholder 

Agata Lech studies microbiology at the University of Wroclaw. She has been participating in various Erasmus+ projects since 2018. In 2022 she has become the president of NGO Open Soul which she created with her friends to spread Erasmus+ participation among others and to encourage other young people to take a step forward. Recently she has started to be engaged in Erasmus+ projects more as an organiser and project writer than an only participant. She is an optimistic and energetic person willing to change the world. 

Malgosia (Gosia) Kujawa (Youth worker) 

Dreamer and cheerful she has experience in not only participating but also creating the Erasmus+ projects. She is currently studying branding at SWPS University learning how to put her imagination into the real world. She loves the sea, surfing, and camping with her friends. In short, it is a lifestyle. This is Gosia. 

Facilitator: Kyriakos Stouppas

Youth Worker, active in the field of Non-formal Education since 2013. He is a certified trainer, facilitator and project coordinator. Participated in and organized numerous local and international projects under the Erasmus+ and other youth-related educational projects (Study visits, outdoor activities, sports events, seminars, camping, festivals, online events). He is also the founder and the main promoter/multiplier of the biggest local youth-related opportunities social media page ''See Why". He is an active citizen, member and volunteer on many local organizations, passionate about lifelong learning and he always challenges himself with new competencies development. Areas of his expertise are environment, human rights, social inclusion, peace education, active citizenship, youth participation, youth empowerment, social entrepreneurship, sustainable development and NFL through outdoor activities.
